JOY IN EVERYDAY LIFE – Weekend Format
A Way of Shambhala Core Curriculum Course. Through an exploration of the Buddhist teachings on intelligent compassion towards others, we begin to discover the joy of discipline, health and bravery. General Prerequiste: Compassion in Everyday Life, or Shambhala Training Level V (Exceptions possible on a case by case basis). MEDITATION IN EVERYDAY LIFE
Have you ever been curious about meditation? This course provides introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life. With simple instructions and support, mindfulness meditation practice can become part of one’s life, revealing our innate stability, strength and clarity. Meditation in Everyday Life is a part of the new Way of Shambhala. -

Shambhala Training Level One provides a wonderful, in-depth introduction to meditation and the basic principles of Shambhala Warriorship – a way to live with dignity, courage, compassion, and joy. The weekend includes talks, meditation instruction, a substantial amount of meditation practice, and interviews. -
